Interview
By far the smoothest, most thoughtful and most enjoyable recruitment process I have ever been through. The process started with an informational webinar about the role and company and an opportunity to ask any questions, followed by an application on the Applied platform with questions directly related to the position. I then went on to complete a role specific task and two interviews, the second of which included preparing a presentation, before I was offered the job. Throughout the process I felt the openness and authenticity of the team as well as an incredibly strong commitment to the company values. This in turn allowed me to feel at ease and therefore able to really share why I wanted to join Arrival and what I felt I could bring to the team.
