I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arup (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
- Attended Arup's Immersion Event
- Interview questions were behavioral based, and no technical questions were asked
- Interviewer was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing
- Interview took approximately half an hour
- Immersion Event included presentations by engineers who were working there and they showcased their projects
- Overall, a very good interview program
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
