Applied online in 20th of November and got an email for a Telephone Interview after 2 weeks of applying. Immediately after the telephone interview I got an email saying that I passed to the next stage where they'll review my application. Still waiting for reply.

3 situational judgement questions relative to work environments: you are working on a large project that you like and your manager asks you to work on a smaller project. How are you handling the situation?
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.

It was a recorded interview consisting of five questions. one min for each one you move on to next one, It was an interview full of anxiety and stress, and i did not like it at all

Interview
One-way video interview with five questions. Same set of questions for all Graduate roles at ARUP. Basic motivational and fit questions. Overall, it was a seamless process. Along with these, questions on graduation date and visa status were asked.
