I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Solihull, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Interview at the assessment centre was OK and that's about it. I was interviewed by two "senior" engineers and they came across quite patronising when asking questions. They did try to coax answers from you which is a good & bad thing because it makes you feel as though you are performing poorly. I have been successful at 2 other assessment centres and this interview was the most poorly conducted one.
Interview questions [1]
