Easy, 30-minute phone interview. Two of their mid-level planners asked me 3 questions, which I answered, and I asked them a few questions about the company, the culture, and what they liked about it. They seemed impressed by my questions.
Online video hire view, asking questions such as
'Talk about a time you faced difficulty and how did you solve it',
'Talk about a time you worked as a team'.
Each question had thirty seconds of prep time, two minutes of availible recording time.

Formal and rigorous. I was asked about education, competencies and suitability for the role. There were two interviewers from the department and they mostly followed an interview script. The interview lasted an hour.
