30 minutes to solve technical/design problem. Put in a room to come up with answers. Pen and paper provided but the interviewers will not look at it.
1 hour technical/design problem discussion with 2 interviewers from the field. Talk about your answers.
15-minute tour around office.
10 minute chat about salary/package/benefits/questions.
Friendly but that might not mean anything.

Three parts: technical interview where a building schematic and questions were given, then talking through the answers to said questions, then generic interview questions about company / past experience, then case study interview where a brief were given to decide the feasibility of a project.
