Interview
Proceso sencillo. Un total de tres entrevistas; una primera llamada telefónica, una segunda entrevista con una persona de RRHH con preguntas sobre uno mismo, intereses, experiencia, expectativas de futuro etc. Se hace un par de preguntas en inglés. Una tercera entrevista con 2 managers con explicación específica del puesto y preguntas sobre experiencia profesional anterior. Todos muy cordiales y amables.

Teams call, friendly, not super formal. Less technical questions, more "describe a situation where..." or "in this hypothetical situation...". Attempted to follow STAR responses but questions fairly high level. Provided good info about role and expectations

Primo colloquio conoscitivo con HR seguito da technical interview con membri del team. Alta disponibilità nella comunicazione e disponibilità nel conoscere il candidato. Scarsa chiarezza sulle tempistiche di selezione e conclusione della candidatura.
