Interview
4-5 hour long interview with multiple stages (general questions, case study, etc). Interviewees are interviewed by directors of the team. You receive a chance to ask current employees questions at the end.

The overall process includes the application, a psychometric test, an assessment centre and a final technical interview. The assessment centre includes a group exercise, a case study, an interview and a networking session.

Interview
The written test was conducted for two parts. The first part is about the knowledge from the Environmental field. You can choose one topic among three choices. And the second part is testing your English writing skills.
