The interview was well organised. There was a technical section which took around an hour, followed by a personality assessment which also took around an hour. Both sections where easy to follow and generally as expected.
The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.
