Good interview process for graduate roles. Quite a long process and delays in responding to candidates. Telephone interviews and in person interviews the latter with hiring team. Also an assessment centre style question which forms part of the interview and a case study

Online application and then an initial screening call. The initial screening call asked why arup, how I have the skills and how I meet the job description. This was undertaken by someone who knew nothing about planning and was therefore very difficult to get my comments down on paper. I truly believe this hindered my outcome
