Interview
I was interviewed by my future manager and her team lead. I heard back about the job fairly soon I think. When I was first contacted by a recruiter it took them a while to get back to me. Just keep trying. Their recruiters are notorious for calling and if you miss the call it can take forever to get ahold of someone again.

Basic questions, "Why do you want to work for our company?" "What do you know about Assurant?" "How would you define integrity" This was 6 years ago mind you.
