2) HR contacts you for initial phone interview and basic screening.
3) If you pass above; then an additional more formal phone interview takes place.
4) Meet with manager and director - they give you a computer test on roof measurements and waste
5) Offer letter

Question 1
At the end of the face to face interview, they ask you to take an online test in front of them, the test is to see of you can calculate wall square footage.
It also asks how many squares of roofing material go onto a damaged roof. Please remember to add waste
