Initially had a phone screen through a recruiting company and following that I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. I met with a multiple employees ranging from recent graduates to senior managers/directors. Upon completion of the in-person interview I followed up multiple times to ultimately get sent an automated rejection, due to inactivity of my application, 3 months later.

It is extremely awkward, and the site they use does not work the best. Be sure you have a secure network because mine dropped and they did not do anything to help me.

I interviewed one on one with the hiring manager, then I had a second in-person interview that involved an hour long seminar, followed by group interviews with various teams in the department.
