1 day after applying online received an email for an online video interview. 5 Questions - 3 attempts allowed for each - using Hirevue platform - 30 seconds preparation time for the first attempt but for the others you have unlimited time to prepare

How do you develop successful working relationships with team members?
Indepth but streamlined. There was a two stage interview, first with hiring manager and if successful second interview with hiring manager and senior director. Also competency based questions around their core values known as pillars.
Panel interview, values based questions. You should ensure you are well aware of AZ values (can be found on their website). Questions are related to your thought process and how it relates to their values.
