Interview
The interview process was very casual. The interviewer and I walked around the mall and then sat outside of the store in a quieter area to talk. She introduced herself to me and told me about the company’s history and vision. It was really more like talking to a friend about a company we were both passionate about rather than an interview!
Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.
