Had to do a Situational Judgement Test before starting the application, which asked several questions rather than using a CV. After this, another online test and finally a HR telephone interview which lasted about 15 minutes asking simple competency based questions.
Whole day assessment centre consisting of a techincal test and interview. Most of the technical interview involved me going through what I had written in the techincal test as well as going through my CV and asking about modules I did at uni. In addition to this, there was a written test aiming to assess your problem solving skills and a group discussion exercise to see how you would pitch ideas. Overall a very good experience, everyone was friendly and made sure that they got the best out of the candidates. Received the verbal offer after a week.
