Arrangements were quite disorganised and it took a long time to arrange. An aptitude test was required which was pretty straightforward. Clear instructions were given for the interview, and it was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner.

Interview was arranged by a recruitment agency. The interview was conducted by a practice manager and a Regional Director. It was a friendly chat, not a formal rigorous interview/testing and lasted 1 hour.
