A 3 stage interview process: 1. With peers, more of a conversational process. 2. With partners within the firm. 2.5 hrs. They will give you a situational task, provide you with 45 mins to cook up a presentation, then you have 10 mins to present. 3. Some higher up within the firm. I got to interview round 2. Interview round 1 was with some lovely people and there was a lot of rapport. Interview round 2 was a bit weird and the interviewers were pretty much telling me "We want xxx from you" "We expect xxx from you" "You will need to do work for the firm outside of your normal daily engagements". Given the low-ball salary range for the role, and given the piling of exectation on me as a candidate which bordered on Modern Slavery I wasn't too keen on them after interview #2. Mutually they didn't seem interested in me either so that's a win for everybody.
