    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Atos full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Atos is a big firm working with many different public and private sector organisations in the UK

    Cons

Consulting is a small part of the big machine, lacking in long term vision. Salary is not fantastic for London and the bonus is being eroded every year. Personal development virtually non existent and online training only mandated to all consultants but not specific to the individuals training needs. Internal politics with the wider firm are challenging. Very few opportunities to work outside the UK for a large global...

      Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Atos full-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

      - Investment is made in new starters, especially those entering through graduate programme. - Immediate line managers tend to be very supportive, but still have limited authority in approving contractual changes (promotions etc)

      Cons

      - Poor management of the SAP Practice - lack of communication, support and direction from Senior Managers.

      Advice to Management

Follow through with the feedback from internal employee surveys.

      No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Atos full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Established delivery capabilities, good technical skills and people. Good access to real decision makers if you position your requirements appropriately.

      Cons

Complex internal politics and structure, makes it difficult to present “one Atos” as opposed to lots of small companies.

      Advice to Management

      Tell less, listen more.
