I have been working at Atos full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very laid back culture
    Understanding of personal issues
Will try and assign you to good work
Very wide range of positions, responsibilities and experience available within the Consultant role
    People tend to be approachable
Atos have provided many opportunities (when asked) for me to progress my career

    Cons

    Very little training/certification budget
People tend to work remotely so not much of a community feeling
Company seems to lack innovative streak
A lot of the management just seem to be waiting around for retirement
Very disorganised engagements at times, everything is last minute with no forethought but this needn't be the case

    Advice to Management

A lot of senior managers aren't innovative or inspirational leaders, they only seem to be there because they've hung around for long enough to get a promotion or two!
