I have been working at Atos full-time

    Pros

Flexible working, good team mates, many internal roles to apply for, private medical is good, a really good place to gain experience, an ambitious company

    Cons

Reward for internally promoted employees is low, no incentive to go above and beyond, not enough recognition for going the extra mile in some parts of the business

    Advice to Management

Analyse your teams performance and reward the hard workers as these are the ones likely to leave. Take action when staff give feedback as there is little evidence of this

Supportive learning curve, appreciation of current skills, great hours, bonuses, health cover, decent salaries, flexibility , family friendly.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Have current HP give advice at interviews or before to explain the role to help get across the differences to expect if coming from clinical practice. I love my job.
