    Great people. Ethical. Loads of different roles and easy to move between them.

    Work life balance is good depending on client and role Pay is in line with similar graduate schemes, surprisingly 2k higher than EY

    Cons

    You really have to fight to develop and grow as a young professional, not a lot of interesting work going around

    Value your young employees more as a large percentage leave for greener grass within a year or two
