Interview
Very routine easy process. There were two interviews. One with HR and then with the branch manager. More of a personality based interview to see how much of a people person you are and also to see sales experience.
HR will reach out to you first to go over your information, the full job expectations and the salary. They will then do a pre interview before recommending you to a branch manager.

Interview
Interview process is way too long for a minimum wage position. First there is the phone interview, then a face to face, you will mostly be asked behavioral questions and most important will be your willingness to be okay with the minimum wage salary until training ends. You will be asked if there are any questions you have at the end.
