Interviewed for a position through a headhunter. Process had an interview with recruiter, the hiring manager (twice), a third person, a panel that took four hours, and a take home assignment. Process was slow and lacked focus - had to follow up multiple times with the headhunter and those interviewed had no clear insights into social media.
