I was head hunted interview was poor not good at all people were very negative no one knew who I was then went too Middlewich saw the same people and had the same problem so not a good start

Interview
Assessment drive, and test on WTD and driving rules. Then induction, told what your shift pattern is, 5 days on 3 off. Shadow another drive for 1 week after that on your own, driving double deckers and single deck trailers.
