My interview was in the Newport store, with the store manager. she went through a standard interview process with myself, asking questions about myself and what i knew about the company, and what i could bring to the company.

Applied online and attended a group interview followed by a one to one interview with a manager for the new ipswich shop. No real structure, just a load of managers talking about how great they were and giving cues to us to massage their egos by being amazed at how amazing they were.
