Group interview and both group and individual tasks, including a presentation to sell a product. Time on shop floor to test suitability, followed by individual interviews for those successful in the first half.

Started with phone interview then invited to interview in store. Interested in previous customer service experience and the values of the company. Had one to one 8nterview and also group session presumably to find out how much of a team player..

Interview
having missed the group interview, I was invited back for a 1 on 1 interview with a department manager. It was a relaxed interview and the manager was very helpful and paid full attention to what I said. After the interview he called me to offer me the job.
