Recruited via an outside recruiter, followed by a phone screening and an onsite interview. The onsite interview was a typical half day interview including a human resources overview, one on one with the hiring manager, followed by group session with key team members asking technical and process questions. Following the interview an offer was presented to me by the recruiter and direct negotiations followed.
