I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2008
Interview
Interviewed on campus for software or electrical engineering positions. Followed up a couple weeks later with on-site interviews for similar positions with hiring managers. A few days later, received offer.
Initial interview was similar to most phone screens, a little more in-depth so as to gauge who is worth interviewing on-site. Second interview was with the hiring managers, all of whom were very easy to talk with as the interview was more like a conversation than an interview.
Quick and responsive process for the interview. Two behavioral, two technical separated within 3 weeks of interviews. Leetcode medium level questions for the OA. I would recommend applying for this company if interested in the mission.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Nashua, NH) in Sept 2024
Interview
I was asked a few brain teasers and asked to present what I did during my internship. I was also asked to explain the time complexity of both questions. Overall, it was rather simple.

Question 1
There are three boxes: one with only apples, one with only oranges, and one with both apples and oranges. All three boxes are incorrectly labeled (e.g., the “apples” label is on either the “apples+oranges” box or the “oranges” box). Is there a way to figure out the correct labels for all three boxes if you are only allowed to see one fruit from one of the boxes?
