Incredibly efficient process. Submitted resume, contacted by recruiter within 48 hours. Phone screen with recruiter, then manager, then 1 hour panel interview. Offer within a week of final interview. My recruiter was open and communicative the whole process.

Question 1
Reviewed resume and experience, highlighting relevant areas and accomplishments. A few job specific questions about how to handle the procurement process from RFP to PO placement, experience related to drawings/SOW/BOEs etc. Overall very comfortable feeling and gave all parties the opportunity to get to know each other.

Interview
A big red flag in the interview was that they did not sound interested in getting to know me at all. No pleasantries at all which came off cold. They told me that many people left the job due to the great resignation which has to make you wonder. I was then asked to quote the FAR. There was no communication beforehand to have the FAR in front of me for reference which dismayed me from the position. The interview felt more like an exam. I would not have minded if they had communicated to be prepared for extensive questions of that nature. Ultimately, the communication of the people conducting the interview did not seem great. I did not bother to follow up with them and I am sure it was mutual.

Interview
I was interviewed by more than one person. The questions were result oriented and personality oriented. The interview was about an hour long and everyone was there on time. Easy to navigate between the different question askers.
