Interviewed three times over the phone only, not interviewed in person because of the Covid-19 concern. The first time it was the hiring manager along with the software development manager. The second time it was a panel interview with 4 senior engineers. The last time interviewed by the human resource personnel.

Which software development method did my past company follow? Agile or waterfall method? Asked for the past embedded software engineering role process and team lead activity.
