Interview
Headhunted by recruitment agency.
3 stage interview. First phone call. Second fave to face with hiring manager and 3rd face to face at head office in Crawley with HR, hiring manager, EU marketing manager and market analyst.
Initial Phone Screen, then local in-person interview with Clinical Manager and Territory Sales Manager. Flown out for field ride with Clinical Specialist, then flown to NJ for in-person interview with Sales and Clinical Director. Process took about 6 weeks total.
I was headhunted by a recruiter company and went for two interview session.
First interview was with the hiring manager, everything went well, quite impress with the company portfolio.
Second interview was a telecon in the company with scientist and also regional manager. Interview was simple and nice.
