Quick interview and to the point. They really look for the operational understanding of supply chain. Overall a very good experience and worth my while. I also learned much of their company processes.
Had initial phone interview from recruiter and talked about my experience. Then was moved on to a 30 min interview a few weeks later with the hiring manager. Thought it went well and they said would like to have a panel interview. So recruiter reached out for some weeks and time , it took about 2 weeks from when the hiring manager said they would contact me. So scheduled the team interview, it was virtual with 3 time slots with 2 people each. Thought was little inconvenient that the interviews were not back to back but spaced over the day. They all lasted about an 1 hr. Easy questions about experiences and other things. Thought it went well and I have the experience to do the job . The last round was with hiring manager and employee and they said we will have a decision by Monday of the next week. 3 weeks later nothing , I have sent follow up email to manager thanking them and nothing , nor from recruiter. Very unprofessional to not let me know since I took a lot of time and arranged my schedule to be able to interview. Guess glad I didn’t get job .

It was very unpersonal, I didnt feel like it was fiendly. They make you feel like a number and not like a potentital candidate, I didnt not feel like I will be working for a team.
