First round was a video pre-recorded interview where they give you a question, 2 min to think about the question, and 2 minutes to answer. The interface was easy to use and the whole thing took about 20 minutes. There were 4 questions.

Why are you specifically interested in the rotational program?
One asynchronous interview, one virtual interview, and one final round 3 hour virtual interview. All were mostly behavioral questions. Final round interview was very long and multiple interviews/info sessions occurred back to back

Why do you think the rotational program is a good fit
3 rounds, the first being a recorded video interview, the next with two current EDPs, and then the final was an on-site interview, with the first half being four 40 min interviews back to back, then the second half was tours of the site.

Asked about experiences from resume, asked leadership related questions, asked fun questions
So far, it has been just a video recording of 5 assessment questions followed up by an actual video interview that will be more technical for your posistion. I did not finish the whole interview process yet so we will see
