Interview Experience at BD The process followed a standard flow: HR screening → hiring manager → panel round. The interviews themselves were straightforward, covering both skills and behavioral questions, and overall I found them easy to navigate. Feedback on Communication Unfortunately, the communication after the panel interview was very disappointing. I was told I was “a great candidate to move forward with,” but then heard nothing for three weeks. I eventually discovered through the candidate portal that my application had been declined, and only after following up by email was I told they had selected another candidate. Having to chase updates at every stage was frustrating. Clear and timely communication is expected from candidates, but it should also be upheld by the hiring team. Being told I was moving forward and then receiving silence left a negative impression. Overall Impression While the interview process itself was fine, the lack of communication put a sour taste in the experience. It has made me hesitant to consider applying to BD again.
