I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2013
Interview
It was a really nice experience. I have worked at BJC for 7 years. Both interviews went really well for me that I had there. First as a pct than an a RN. The hiring process after the interview was quick and painless. They do seem to want an individual who is very much a team player and that has a lot of initiative. Of course that is important, especially for a nurse.
