Very straight forward following a 30 min phone call, and you get put into an "assessment pool" of candidates applying for the same role. Not the most seamless experience, or easy to stand out with the interview structure, as everyone seems to talk over everyone else, with even the breakout rooms being filled with far too many candidates.
We get rejected on the spot in a breakout room.
None of us are told which company or industry we'll be working in so it does seem a bit scammy at the end of the day, where we are simply treated in an expendable manner. The interviewers did seem really tired and uninterested in a lot of the candidates' answers.
Would not recommend unless you are super desperate for such an ominous supposed grad scheme.
We were told not to prepare for this interview, and it took place the day after the phone call, with no opportunity to select a later date for it.
