A 15-minute phone call to go over resumes and past experiences. Some questions were asked on basic excel techniques and time management skills. The interview is overall smooth and easy.

Question 1
Describe a task that you were assigned during your last internship experience. What challenge did you face and how did you resolve it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company in May 2024
Interview
First round online written tests, done on zoom. Pretty easy, with some calculation and case-based multiple choice questions. The second round is a phone interview with an AC at the office, asking about my resume and a market sizing question. Around 15 minutes long, the AC was friendly and didn't ask too-detailed questions

Question 1
Tell us more about your project at XXX(previous internship)?
Was interviewed twice because the first one was probably not documented. The interviewer couldn't find my name on the name list. HR management is kinda messy. Some motivation questions and a mini case.
