Interview
The hiring process took about thirty days total. I had two phone interviews and a one on one interview as well. Communication was great, my recruiter kept me informed about what was going to happen next through emails and/or phone calls. Word of advice: Dress to Impress!! Appearance is extremely important for bank tellers, and Bank of America looks for this when interviewing canidates.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
