Kept meeting different people with similar interview questions. Asked about my market view, what my current role entails and what would I like to do in my future role. Long process but informative and give you time to decide.

Interview
When you apply to a role they send you a survey to complete with videos which took about 40mn. There was also a calculation test to complete in a very limited time. Overall it took me 1h30. After 6 weeks I’ve no news following the completion of this survey.
they used the STAR method for the interview and questioned me on the company's values/competencies. Definitely need to prepare scenarios where you have shown leadership, teamwork etc. Was easy enough however they take ages in getting back to you about the job
