2 rounds of interview. Both were on my skills and experiences. Some competency . based questions. I was given a document on control framework and was asked to identify whats good and whats bad about the document.
Telephone interview to understand high level experience and suitability of role followed by a technical interview to understand problem solving skills and approach to real life business problem. Third interview was competency based.

Question around having to get buy in from others and approach used to do so
Did interviews for a total of 4 roles. Had a racist interviewer once, a HM who questioned me stuff way beyond the roles expectations and two rounds with HR which never went anywhere. Overall very poor experience, HR never replies, never does anything in reality. Round scheduling is very slow and arduous. Thumbs down 4 times....
Good overall process with focus on mathematical ability and situational questions. Two interview rounds with additional HR round for compensation discussion. Interviews from India and UK office at VP level
