Overall it was a good experience.
Manager was interactive and keen on answering alot of diff questions abt the role. Pleasant atmosphere over phone interview
Fast paced culture and workload to be expected
1 stage interview, with hiring manager, HR and note taker. Series of questions based on values and experience. Looking for competency based responses using the star method.
Best to understand the role prior and what Barclays vision is. Took more than a week to respond after interview.

Very detailed and competency based . It also involved a scenario question you were asked to answer. They give you 5 minutes in private . Interviewed by 2 people. Did the online test which involved SJT, comprehension and checking test
