Multiple rounds of interviews starting with initial screen (non-technical) by HR. There were 2 technical telephonic interviews followed by an on-site interviews (again multiple with different people) scheduled over an entire day. Final interview was with the Group Head.

Interview
Complex and multi stage process. Need to wait a while for outcome of each stage. Over all well structured and intense process. I have enjoyed interaction with different set of people for different purpose.
