Behavioral Interview process, standard questions around prior experiences, successes and failures. also examined my style of management, working with difficult people etc. All in all, the interview process was very straightforward for investment banking
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
