Interview
The interview process was a video interview, a recording of 12 questions from a staff. At the end of each recording you must give your answer and it has to be between 30-120 seconds long. Questions such as : Why barclays, why this role, what are the issues facing this role, tell me about a time you had to put a team interest in favour of your personal interest, name the top 3 global agendas in the world today and how may that affect barclays..
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience
It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
