I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bayer (Saint Louis, MO) in Sept 2018
Interview
I went through a phone interview and an on-site interview. The on-site interview took a whole day including two interview sessions and a presentation session. The interview mostly focused on personality and skills review.

Question 1
How did you give feedback to your colleagues and supervisor?
Pretty standard for first round interview. Mostly interpersonal/social with some technical oriented questions. It seemed pretty fair for initial contact but may draw out into multiple rounds of interviews. The interviewer was personable and I didn't think they overstepped on reasonable questions about past work experience and how those experiences have been incorporated into guiding principles.

Question 1
How have your past experiences guided your professional development and thinking about your future potential and trajectory?
The interview process was structured and engaging, beginning with a recruiter screening, followed by technical and behavioral rounds, and concluding with a final interview with the medical director for role alignment.
I interviewed with the team lead and HR. We discussed my PhD and research experience and alll my questions were answered in depth, it was a very friendly process. I would highly recommend interviewing with them
