I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Round Rock, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The process is pretty standard, call you back and either give you a small tour that leads to the interview room or go to the interview room then tour. They give a short description of the interviewers and the clinic then move on to asking you about yourself. After that the behavioral questions start. The only problem I have with BS&W is they aren't very good at following up. Either you'll get a rejection email before you can even follow up or you won't hear anything back from your follow up and then the rejection email comes. I've interviewed with different clinics over the past 6 months and this is the case with any from Pflugerville to Round Rock to Cedar Park and to Hutto.
