1. 30 min phone screen with recruiter
2. 30 min virtual meeting with manager
3. Three 30 min virtual meetings with team members
4. 30 min presentation round with team members + manager
I felt that BV did a great job of accurately assessing both my qualifications for the role as well as a culture fit. The presentation round was challenging, but you’re given a lot of resources to assist you. The team did a great job of offering valuable feedback post presentation; my recruiter was wonderful to work with in regards to keeping me updated throughout the process (even though they were based in the UK office with a time difference!).

Interview
Everyone I spoke with when interviewing was nice and the interviews themselves were pleasant. The frustrating part was communication. After 2 weeks of consistent feedback and updates, it went completely silent. I had to reach out twice to receive any sort of update. The first time was after a week of nothing, I emailed and was told I should hear something by the next week. The second was nearly a month later after that email (and not hearing anything). The rejection reply was sent fairly quickly after sending that email. I then received the same rejection email again the next day. Overall, the people seemed great, but the lack of communication (and being rejected twice) was frustrating.
