Interview
Phone screen with talent acquisition. After, an on site 5 panel interview with TA and customer representative leads. Then I never heard anything back after the interview. Would’ve been nice if they could’ve simply sent out a rejection email even if I didn't qualify for the position.

Question 1
If there was one thing you could change about your previous job, what would it be?
The interview was formal. The questions were mainly competency based and some were about compatibility. I thought the interview was quite quick but all in all it was a good interview.
