Job was posted in late SEP 2013. I applied in late OCT. Interviewed by site HR phone screen within 2 weeks. On site interview mid-NOV. Interview was with hiring DIrector, VP marketing and QS Sr. Manager as well as dept staff (2). This was a back fill for someone that left the role in early August. My impression was that the role posted was not the appropriate level for the job,

It was an onsite interview that was fairly straightforward, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I met with members of the team as well as cross-functional partners, the role would closely interact with. The interview was well-organized, and the recruiter was responsive throughout, with consistent and clear communication

The interview process started with a preliminary phone call, then a secondary phone call. After this came a panel interview which was conducted over video call, and spoke to two people at a time for three separate interviews, all parts of the process team.
