Applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview. Called was scheduled for the following day and lasted approx 20 mins. It was with the Dir of Talent and based on her questions, she was looking for something very specific. They are a rapidly growing start-up and need someone with start-up experience and who has a large network of engineers who have experience in this space.

Had a great experience. Listened to all the points and give me all the details about the company. The company got a great benefit packages and will be given future growth opportunities. I didn't get the job but would love to recommend.
