Interview
I'm guessing it was an administrative assistant that first contacted me about a position with the company 2 months after I filled out an application. They asked me for a specific certificate which I sent and received notification of a phone interview two days later. It was the phone interview which led me to decline a subsequent interview.
My perception on the interviewers was not a favorable one. They seemed pissed off they were "tasked" with conducting the interview, almost like it was beneath them, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Too bad! I've heard good things about the company too.

Question 1
To keep with the spirit of integrity and because they ask at the beginning of the interview, "please do not disclose any information or interview questions to keep it fair for the other interviewees." I will not. However, I will say that there were 5 questions about how you personally handle various situations.

Interview
A STAR interview with basic questions about past experiences. Overall great experience. The Panel three on one is a little overwhelming but doable. After that it's a technical interview, which can be difficult depending on the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview process was very streamlined. Once I was notified that an interview was imminent, it took only days to have date/time in my email. I met with one Software Manager at the location and interviewed with her and three others via teleconference.

Interview
I was interviewed for 3 different positions so there were 3 Eng. Managers and a potential co-worker on the conference-style phone call. Most of my questions were relevant to the academic projects stated in my CV on which they asked a lot of technical details. There were some behavioural questions as well like how did I dealt with problematic team members or had I ever worked within a team with foreigners. I think that as long as you're honest and know your technical stuff, you'll be OK.
