I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (New Delhi) in Jul 2021
Interview
There were two different rounds First one was technical. She asked basic questions related to .net , c# ,SQL and Angular
Basic programming questions were also asked.
Second round was a scenario based round. It went for about 1 and half hour. Many questions related to practical experience and how to handle a particular situation were asked.
2 behavioral questions with a technical coding question, tell me about yourself and why are you a good fit for Boeing, etc. Technical question could be done in any language but was a niche question
1) Apply (Level 1 85k / year)
2) Recruiter reached out for a 20 min chat, but never followed up.
3) Took OA
My experience is vastly different than swe interviews from a year ago so be prepared to be ghosted.
